If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help accept your return. Please note all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. There is a $40 restocking fee.
- Pack the pillow in its original packaging
- Return the pillow via the shipment method of your choice. A tracking number must be provided to PILLO1 customer service before your pillow is returned. If your pillow is returned with no tracking number, no refund will be provided
- Your contact information must be included with your return
Items ineligible for return:
- Damaged pillow
- Pillow without its original packaging
- Pillow not returned within 30 days of purchase
Customers who purchased the PILLO1 on the Easy Pay 5 must contact customer service immediately to discontinue the payment plan. Your first installment of $39.99 is non-refundable and serves as the $40 restocking fee.
